  • Payment & Payout Information: For creator payouts, we securely process bank account numbers, IFSC codes, and UPI IDs through regulated payment gateways (such as Cashfree Payments). We do not store sensitive payment passwords or card PINs.
  • Communications: Booking instructions and messages exchanged between fans and creators.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data solely to:

  • Authenticate user accounts and display verified creator profile badges.
  • Facilitate escrow-protected service bookings and delivery fulfillment.
  • Process automated bank and digital payouts to creators.
  • Provide customer support and critical platform security notices.

We never sell your personal information. We partner only with essential third-party service providers:

  • Authentication & Verification: Google OAuth, Meta Graph API, and X OAuth 2.0 PKCE.
  • Infrastructure & Storage: Cloudflare R2 and MongoDB Atlas.
  • Banking & Payouts: Cashfree Payments API.
