User Data Deletion Instructions

At Knok (joinknok.com), we respect your right to control your personal data. In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, GDPR, and global data privacy standards, you can delete your account and all associated records using any of the methods below.

Method 1: In-App Account Deletion

You can erase all your account data directly from the Knok mobile application:

1. Open the Knok app on your device.
2. Go to Settings ➔ Account Security.
3. Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm.
4. Your account, bio, profile photo, and verified social metadata will be purged immediately from our databases.

Method 2: Remove App via Facebook / Meta Settings

If you authenticated with your Meta / Facebook account and want to revoke permissions and delete associated data:

1. Log in to Facebook and navigate to Settings & Privacy ➔ Settings.
2. Click on Apps and Websites to view connected applications.
3. Locate Knok and click Remove.
4. Check the box requesting deletion of all associated data collected by Knok.

Method 3: Submit a Manual Request via Email

You can also request complete data erasure by contacting our privacy compliance team:

• Send an email to support@joinknok.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• Include your registered email address and Knok username (@handle).
• Our team will permanently delete your data within 48 hours and send you a confirmation tracking code.
